Technology is changing how shoppers are interacting with brands. Prepurchase research, shopping or post purchase reviews are increasingly happening via mobile devices or tablets.Read MoreWe are launching new research - Tomorrow's Shopper, the evolution of the shopper in Ireland and UK. In "Tomorrow's Shopper", we look at the changing shopper landscape and shopping behaviour in Ireland and the UK to highlight how Irish food and drink companies can respond to the changing environment.

We will also have two speakers who will focus on the retailers point of view and advise on next steps for your business.

Ethan Sinick, Shirland Ventures has more than 17 years of research, strategy and operational consultancy experience with manufacturers and retailers in more than 25 countries on four continents. His presentation entitled "Selling to tomorrow's retailers" will focus on retailers efforts to address key trends identified in the report: the wide ranging implications of digitisation for retail marketers and the transformation of the point of purchase.

Graham Merriman, Carrickane previously worked with Philips Consumer Lifestyle Division as Global Director of Online Sales, engaging with Amazon, Wal-mart developing the Philips 2015 eCommerce Strategy. His presentation "Selling to the the Empowered Shopper" will offer an experience perspective on brand building in tomorrow's work and practical insights to tackle the challenges.
