Alistair Lorimer is a retail business development consultant who specialises in customer care skills. He has a vast knowledge and extensive experience of running both small and large businesses having been Marketing Director for the Blooms chain of Garden Centres in the UK. Using a mixture of direct presentations with slide and handout support, brainstorming sessions, question and answers and other varied activities Alistair will empower delegates to increase customer numbers and customer spend.
